Elections

All officer positions must be voted in by the majority vote. Elections will occur in the Spring term every year and then as needed to fill positions throughout the school year. Every person wishing to run for an officer position must complete this form.

The officer positions are as follows:

​

President: Create agendas for weekly meetings, run meetings, recruit membership and maintain budget

Vice President: Meeting Minutes, support the president, run a meeting in the event the president is unavailable, and recruit membership

Social Chair of Parents: Create events that support and focus on parents and recruit membership

Social Chair of Children: Create events that support and focus on the children and recruit membership

Parents Club is Looking for a Vice President!

Duties of the Vice President: Keep Minutes of meetings, Support the president, recruit membership, and any duty that may befall a Vice President. The Vice President will lead meetings if the President is unable to attend. 

Parents Club is Looking for a Social Chair of Children!

Duties of the Social Chair for Children: Head events that focus on engagement with the children of student parents, support the President and Vice President, recruit membership.
